Dr. Madden goes above and beyond with Fear Free practices to make our Trixie feel comfortable. Trixie hates to be restrained so Dr. Madden uses food, positive reinforcement and even lidocaine before any needle pokes so she doesn't feel them. I have never seem a Vet so patient and kind with nervous dogs. The Pets Best team knows all about Trixie eating everything she shouldn't and Dr. Madden is there to fix her up every time!
